美國混凝土協(xié)會(American Concrete Institute)成立于1904年,前身為美國水泥用戶協(xié)會,總部位于密歇根州法明頓希爾斯,ACI是一個非盈利性的技術(shù)研究團體和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定組織,是世界混凝土技術(shù)方面的權(quán)威,并為參與混凝土設(shè)計、施工和材料的個人和組織提供專業(yè)咨詢服務(wù),致力于實現(xiàn)混凝土在建筑領(lǐng)域的最佳使用。ACI在全球擁100多個分會、200個學(xué)生分會以及120個國家或地區(qū)的30,000名會員。

美國混凝土協(xié)會(ACI)概述及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系

ACI意旨加強工程技術(shù)教育和科學(xué)調(diào)查研究,以及制定混凝土及相關(guān)材料的設(shè)計和施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為促進混凝土技術(shù)、工藝、設(shè)計、施工的提升,學(xué)會應(yīng)不斷改進優(yōu)化有關(guān)混凝土及相關(guān)材料的設(shè)計、施工、制造、使用以及維護和修復(fù)和組織其成員開展相關(guān)的非營利性公共服務(wù),進而到達造福社會的愿景。


ACI為承包商梳理了關(guān)于混凝土相關(guān)的100多個主題,并提供認證、在線教學(xué)、期刊、論文、公開出版物及特定項目專屬服務(wù)。

ACI發(fā)布的技術(shù)文件分為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兩種形式。


ACI的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是強制性的(written in mandatory language),包括設(shè)計和施工兩類:


設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn):適用于設(shè)計人員,涉及規(guī)范要求、規(guī)范案例、驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、設(shè)計技術(shù)要求。


施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn):適用于施工人員,涉及施工技術(shù)要求和材料技術(shù)要求


非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文件包括導(dǎo)則、報告和技術(shù)說明(Non-standards Guides and Reports):


指南:非強制性,提出對混凝土材料或結(jié)構(gòu)的分析、設(shè)計、規(guī)定、選擇、評定、試驗、施工或修補活動的建議;報告:提供委員會專業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)有關(guān)混凝土技術(shù)的信息;

技術(shù)說明:針對特定問題提供指導(dǎo)。


制訂了近700個有關(guān)混凝土的技術(shù)文件、手冊、說明書、報告、指南、勘誤、論文、技術(shù)要求和規(guī)范,其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的分類是以制訂委員會的代號為分類號的,代號分配情況如下:
